This is a short play about Po’a and my inability to accept my mother’s absence since her death in March. Of course COVID has complicated the process. Some of us have lost loved ones and overall, there has been much universally felt grief, loss, and absence. The themes may resonate with many of you. What do you wish you could re-do? Some audience participation may be invited.

Nicole Brucato Cooley is a drama therapist, marriage and family therapist, mother of two, singer, yoga teacher and would-be playwright. She lives in South Lake Tahoe, CA, misses living in New York, but loves the mountains. She has been in practicing in the DvT community for 15 years and may refuse to ever graduate.

Kate Hurd, MA, RDT/BCT, LCAT, magically transforming, current member of the DvT Council, was Therapeutic Activities Director at Maimonides Hospital in Brooklyn, NY, until March, 2021, when she let it go, co-founder of Off Center: A Creative Space for the Arts in Psychotherapy, former President of the North American Drama Therapy Association (NADTA), and so on….

John Bowtell is in UK which is mainly OK. He does DvT in China too, though not at the moment because Covid - boo. http://jbow.tel/ if you want to know more and if you’re in Lincoln just knock on the door
